A little more about me

Dr. Sandoval brings a wide variety of experience to her equity, inclusion and justice training. As an Associate Professor at the University of Central Florida her research focuses on communicating effectively across difference and difficulty in complex contexts. Her projects have often been in the reproductive and sexual health environment looking at everything from international surrogacy policy and practice to health care for LGBTQ+ individuals in the U.S. Dr. Sandoval is committed to helping a variety of companies and mission-based organizations construct humane and equitable workplaces while equipping individuals to contribute to a space of belonging.
